Across America, teenagers are going back to school with their new cars and limited driving experience.There are many teenagers that crash their new cars and they never make the news or the local newspaper. Every new driver will probably have their first accident within the first 100 hours of driving independently. A front end collision at 45 mph is usually not fatal.
